President Kokot has sent a letter requesting the Governor not extend the code adoption deadline to July 1st, 2021. This request will cause a hardship on many of our member agencies. In addition, the Washington State Building Officials have sent their own request for a veto of the State Building Code Council's Emergency Rule.
