NATIONAL FIRE ACADEMY OFF – CAMPUS COURSE
Service Area Risk Reduction (R0673) is a basic level six-day course designed for Company Officers (COs) and CRR practitioners who want to begin or improve risk reduction efforts at the service area level. Students begin by conducting a risk assessment of their service area. This leads to the development of an action plan which includes intervention strategies targeting a specific risk. This course is open not only to company officers but firefighters, administrative personnel, as well as fire officers who want to learn about CRR and how they can support the company officer in service area risk reduction.
DATE: March 30 through April 4, 2025
TIME: 0800-1700 hours each day

FEE: There is NO COST for this course
PREREQUISITES: Pre-course assignment. ICS 100 & ICS 200.
