Basic Sponsorship – $250.00
Advertising at Breakout/Refreshment Station locations. Company Logo will be needed. WSAFM will contact to make arrangements.

Event Sponsorship – $5,000.00
Advertising at Breakout/Refreshment Stations, Vendor Night, Podium/Classroom, and Banquet locations. Also to include event materials, website, and event application. Company Logo will be needed. WSAFM will contact to make arrangements. Includes two tickets and special recognition.
Vendor table is not included.
Extra Guest – $40.00
This is for vendors who have more than two guest for the vendor night. Each additional guest will need to be registered and have a badge.
Intermediate Sponsorship – $500.00
Advertising at Breakout/Refreshment Stations, and Vendor Night locations. Company Logo will be needed. WSAFM will contact to make arrangements.

One-time Sponsorship – $350.00
Premium Sponsorship – $1,000.00

Vendor Night Table – $350.00
One Vendor Night Table with Wi-Fi and power. Extension cords available for an additional charge from Campbells. Email wsafm@wsafm.com for special requests. Lunch will be provided for you and 1 guest with the conference attendees. This provides you an opportunity to dine and network.

This registration is exclusively for the registration of vendor tables and sponsorships for our Partner Members. All vendors must be a Partner Member to register. Join Here There are various levels of registration - you can choose one or more of these.

The vendor portion of our event will occur on the evening of October 14th, beginning at 5:00 p.m. and lasting until approximately 9:00 p.m. in the Centennial Ballroom located on the first floor of Campbell's Resort. Once registered, you will be assigned a table number and additional information will be sent to you as the event date draws nearer.

There will be two windows for vendors to set up: Tuesday, October 14th between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.; OR between 1:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.

Vendors who arrive by 12:00 p.m. on October 14th are welcome to join the rest of the event attendees for a sit-down lunch - during which time you will be given a minute or so to introduce yourself and your company.

Vendors are requested to bring raffle prizes that will be distributed to attendees via drawings that will occur during the event. It is important that you label the prizes you provide so that we can recognize your company.
